Updating KDE

I'd held back on updating KDE to 3.5.2 I was wanting to proceed with
this, but I'm not sure of the procedure. I've added the keys for
Jonathan Riddell and added
~     deb http://kubuntu.org/packages/kde352 breezy main

to sources.list. When I run apt-get update and apt-get upgrade, though,
I see almost everything in kde being held back.

What is the correct procedure to do the update.
