Dapper. Exceptionally buggy phase?

Same here.  Every now and then I hit a kernel that doesn't work (and -21 had
the same problem for me), and there's still a broken upgrade path for plone
that's been there for weeks, but otherwise dapper has been surprisingly
stable.
