You can also build your own it's quite easy and I have several running
(different builds of dapper) for testing things.  There is a page on the
wiki (wiki.ubuntu.com) on how to use qemu to create the .vmdk file and then
use vmware-player to install and run it.  Its a great page and easy to
follow and then do.
