us_intl missing in Kubuntu 5.10

Hello,

I want change my keyboard settings to us_intl but this file is missing 
in: /etc/X11/xkb/symbols
But I need it to create special characters like "e 'e. I hope you know what I 
mean.
How did I resolve this problem? Should I install a special package for this?
