KDE taskbar glitch ?

It kind of happens with all backgrounds.

Ahh a solution is in sight (well almost!). I am happy to live with it as long 
as it is not some config that I have got wrong, If its a KDE limitation then 
that's AOK. I think I am getting addicted to eye candy :)
