Hi, cool...that worked semi well.  Still needed to install a few packages by
hand (c-client-dev, etc), but 'apt-get build-dep php5' nailed most of the
stuff I needed.

Curious enough, it removed apache2-threaded-dev and installed
apache2-prefork-dev...but the notes for those packages say not to use
prefork-dev unless absolutely necessary, use apache2-threaded-dev instead.
