Try this. Open up Konsole and do a "sudo apt-get update" and then a
"sudo apt-get upgrade" and finally a "sudo apt-get dist-upgrade".
I know for a fact that the error was fixed "in my case" a few weeks ago
"prior" to upgrading to kde 3.5.3. (which I did on 06/16/06 btw)
