Download the latest binary driver directly from Nvidia:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/unix.html

Follow the installation instructions :
Type "sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-8762-pkg1.run" to install the driver.

Or, read the "Readme" file found at the same site.
