Backing up cache archives

Nice one!

I simplified it even a bit further - well at least I do think so ;-) - and
removed most "sudo" calls.
And corrected a problem with the relative filepaths inside the Packages.gzfile.
But I am not sure of what to do with the "restricted" section that is lost
by dpkg-scanpackages???


We'll manage to do something out of this :-D
