You are looking to use Samba, a network protocol that allows Linux, Win and 
Mac communicate.  Procedures have changed since I first set it up, but I 
think it is in the KDE Control Panel.  In the kcontrol search bar, search for 
"samba" "shares" & "windows" to get to the tools to set it up.

You may need more help once you've started, so don't hesitate to ask.  I am 
reluctant to give you a step by step, because I used swat to set it up and 
swat is disabled in [k]ubuntu.
