Ah.
All your KDE settings are stored in /home/user-name/.kde/, and your OO.o
settings are located in /home/user-name/.openoffice.org2/ .
Placing your /home on a seperate partition might be a good idea, so that one
can reinstall a operating system without loosing any user files
