Kcontrol display module borkd after Dapper

Hi I need to set the KDE screen rez to 1024 x 768, but the display module
sez it cant load from Kcontrol, due to perhaps a stray module or such from
before the upgrade.

I can do in xorg.conf myself, but doing it in kcontrol  is the only way I
have found to have the TV-out look nice with twinview clone without having
both
at 640x400.

Either solution would be great.
