The way I did it was to load my sources.list file into kwrite & used the 
find/replace function.  Wherever it said 'breezy' I substituted 'dapper' and 
saved the file.  After that,..
#sudo apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade
...did the dirty deed. ;-)
