LiveCD install and XFS partitions?

Hello,

from the release notes and this list, there's something that I'm not
sure about. Using the Live CD and installing from there, can I make
custom XFS partitions? Or should I download the alternate install CD
instead?

I'm about to download Kubuntu 6.06, and I'd like to get the right ISO for me.
