As of 1st June Dapper is the current release so the latest kde is for
Dapper,
if you upgrade to Dapper from Breezy you will find kde-latest at:

deb http://kubuntu.org/packages/kde-latest dapper main
Or if you don't upgrade I think
deb http://kubuntu.org/packages/kde352 breezy main
is the same as the old kde-latest
