WPA in kubuntu

As far as I know, the default install is shipped with such a wireless
manager, that can connect to a WEP-Encrypted network easily.
It is located at System Settings->Wireless (I dont know the exact
name, and cant see it right know). When I first installed kubuntu here
I've set up my router to use WEP, and the connection was easy!
