Numlock on startup?

Just go in to System Settings, under the Hardware section click on
Keyboard, then under "NumLock ok KDE Stsrtup" click "Turn on".
If you want it on before KDE starts you can add
"/usr/bin/numlockx on" to /etc/rc.local
