Sound with TV card

I have installed a TV card and have a picture, which is better than what 
happened under Windows, so cheers for Linux and Kubuntu :-)
However, there is no sound. This only happens for TV sound, otherwise 
sound works fine. The sound should go directly from the card, there are 
no cables to attach.

Kubuntu uses ALSA, but I'm not sure how to tell the TV card where to 
get/send sound. The card is a Hauppauge Wintv PVR-150.

Any ideas on TV card sound and ALSA?
