Pin priority of packages

Not in preferences, but kubuntu sets up a default repository in
/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99release 

But according to the apt_preferences(5), it should have updated without
me changing the pin priority for dapper-security, and this is what
happens on my Debian stable system.  Wonder if there is a bug in the
dpkg system on my Kubuntu.

Have you gotten any updated packages lately from dapper-security?
