Mass convert MP3 to Ogg

Has anyone successfully installed soundkonverter (KDE) in Breezy.  
apt-get install soundkonverter yields the dreaded 
Package soundkonverter is not available, but is referred to by another 
package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package soundkonverter has no installation candidate
