ndiswrapper and msi wireless

Hi,
I have this card installed, ndiswrapper is installed but I cannot get it to run,
ifconfig says

I think this should work, but not so far.  Anyone have an idea?  neti2220X64 is the 
driver I used.  It seems to work ok for everone else.
