broken libofx2_1%3a0.8.0-3ubuntu8_i386.deb package

This package is needed for r gnucash, but won't install because

    dpkg: error processing
    /var/cache/apt/archives/libofx2_1%3a0.8.0-3ubuntu8_i386.deb (--unpack):
     trying to overwrite `/usr/share/libofx/dtd/opensp.dcl', which is
    also in package libofx0c102

Gnucash seems to run, but the presence of the broken package makes apt
refuse further updates.

I think libofx0c102 is required for kmymoney2.  I wanted to compare
these two financial packages for my needs.
