trouble building help index

[Art Alexion]

My copy of khelpcenter is missing indexes for the application manuals. 
When I try building, I get the following error:

    INDEXDIR: /home/arthur/.kde/share/apps/khelpcenter/index/
    Creating index for 'kde_application_manuals'
    FINDCMD: find /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/ -name index.docbook
    htdig failed

Any ideas?
