sadly, no. my refresh and display size are not on the list of options
Then, in case you can change, you can reach the Apply button by moving the

what a very useful tip!
If that does not work, you have to edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf file.

my config, screen settings are all fine. Everything that opught to be there
is there. mutatis mutandis it is just the same as yours.
Perhaps this is just a bug in KDE. :-(

being perverse.
