Q: program to read sqlite2 database

Second request... isn't there *any* GUI program for accessing sqlite2
databases? It seems like a very fundamental capability.

(I just spent more or less the entire afternoon trying to get something
called rsqlitegui installed and working, with no success :-( Now I have to
try to back out all the stuff that I had to manually install during that
process. Not fun.)
