[dapper] can't access usb scanner as normal user???

/me wipes sweat from brow
I am glad it is working!

I remember having to jump through burning hoops to get a dirt cheap Mustek 
scannner to work a while back, then once it was fully supported in a stable 
version of sane, the darned thing died :)
