[dapper] can't access usb scanner as normal user???

Well since the scanner DOES work with root privileges, and the
permissions for that directory and it's one file only differed in write
permissions, I didn't think it could be the problem. But I tested the
theory by temporarily moving that directory to /root/tmp/ and trying to
access the scanner. With the same results, sudoer can, normal user CAN'T.
But thanks for the suggestion.
