Debian people are like that, and I respect them for being faithful to
their ideals. This said, Ubuntu repositories contain a lot of software
not in Debian (look for versions in ...0ubuntu...).

When Seamonkey is in Ubuntu (which I am not sure it is anytime soon),
report a bug against it.
