[Edgy] Unable to access share folder dialogue

Hi,
  I'm running a fresh install of Kubuntu 6.10 with all updates applied
and just the restriced codecs installed.

When I right click a folder (called 'Music' in 'Home'), goto
Properties, Share, then click on 'Configfure File sharing' it asks for
my sudo passowrd, which I enter then it shows the following dialogue.

On my other edgy box this dialogue appears correctly, what do I need
to do to get this working?
