Konqueror problem with Kubuntu 6.10

I'm glad to hear that this "feature" is being changed back.  I want to see my 
entire file system in Konqueror - if I wanted details of my system hidden 
from me, I'd be running Windows.  (and one of the first things I do to 
Windows systems when I get them is turn off its extension hiding, file hiding 
and other features Microsoft puts in to protect me from myself.  Bleah!)
