Epson Printer C86 ( head cleaning )

click on Printer > Printer Tools > Epson Inkjet

When clicking on the clean head button I get this:

The executable escputil cannot be found in your PATH environment variable. 
Make sure gimp-print is installed and that escputil is in your PATH.

Are escputil and gimp-print installed? If they are, then run a "which escputil" and it will show you if it is in the path, and where it is. If not a "locate escputil" will find it if it has been installed more than 24 hours ago.

If which does not find it, you need to add it to your path. Which is done by "PATH=$PATH:direcory_to_add". Hit enter. then run "export PATH".  For more on this, see http://www.troubleshooters.com/linux/prepostpath.htm.
