Time to 12H not 24 Hour

I find Kicker returns -11 whenever it quits on my machine (not sure why, 
just does.)  I wouldn't advise harassing kicker like that.  Just right 
click on Kicker and use remove from panel -> applet -> clock.  Then 
right click again and add applet and find clock in that list.

I think my strange kicker behavior might be correlated to my 64-bit 
version of the OS, however, I can only speculate.  One of these days I 
might install the linux debug symbols and make an attempt at fixing the 
problem, but it's not bugging me that much right now (no pun intended.)
