wireless network problems

wow, thank you for the quick and timely responses. a lot of the help is a
little over my head still. but the requested info, my nic is a Netgear
54Mbps wireless pci adapter, 32-bit PCI WG311 v2. no the printing on the
board itself identifies it further as a wg311 v2 Rev. A.
