Error setting up CUPS printer on Kubuntu

Hi All,

I am trying to setup an HP 3030 MFD printer. The printer is attached to a 
server running Debian. Here are my selections:

Remote CUPS server (IPP/HTTP)
Host: 192.168.0.1
Port: 631

It detects the printer HP_3030. Then I choose: 

HP laserJet 3030 driver
HP Laserjet 3030 (Foomatic + Postscript) [recommended]

After clicking next I get this error:

Unable to load the requested driver:
Unable to create the Foomatic driver [HP-LaserJet_3030,Postscript]. Either 
that driver does not exist, or you don't have the required permissions to 
perform that operation.

I have tried going into Administrator mode in the setup tool and get the same 
result.

Any advice?
