linux-restricted-modules-2.6.15-23-386 won't help at all since it will
only work with linux-image-2.6.15-23-386, and you have
linux-image-...-26-386 installed.
Do a
apt-cache policy linux-image-2.6.15-26-386
to see where it comes from.
At my place the -26- is from dapper-security
