amarok-gstreamer missing from Dapper

I recently switched to Dapper.  I'd used Hoary and Breezy previously.
Both of them had the amarok-gstreamer package and they still do.

It's also currently in Debian Sid.

But it's missing from Dapper.

Does anyone know why?
