linux 2.6.16

I did some research and I am a bit upset. I thought that the ubuntu policy
was to add 'ubuntu' on package names when they differ from their debian
versions. And the linux-images don't have such a version tag. However, I
can't find the same packages on the debian website. Furthermore I looked
into the images and the source I have and didn't find any hints about the
patches that were surely applied. I give up :-(
