No, all I had was:
[Settings]
CaseInsensitiveSort=true

So I added the code you mentioned, but no change in behaviour. I
actually thought that it would start showing me the hidden files, but
it didn't do that either. Thanks for trying, anyway. I'll play with
the files in ~/.kde/share/config/ and see where I get.
