Yep, a better solution if one wants/does-not-care
_all_ the dependencies it pulls. 
For a first timer or just to check it out I think
it is the best option. 

I would use aptitude to get rid of extra packages 
if/when removing.
( I just started to use aptitude and I am quite 
happy so far, does it show? ;-) )
