Using UTC

I'm guessing that you should open /etc/default/rcS and change:
# Set UTC=yes if your system clock is set to UTC (GMT), and UTC=no if not.
UTC=no
to:
# Set UTC=yes if your system clock is set to UTC (GMT), and UTC=no if not.
UTC=yes
