X Window libs and headers install

hey everyone,

i finally set up my ibook to dual boot OS X and Ubuntu. I'm trying to
install blackbox but it's saying i have to have the x-windows libraries
and headers. i've tried apt-get and adept but can't seem to find the
package to install. what am i missing?
