KUBUNTU/UBUNTU Display only working at 640x480 3dFX Voodoo3 bios 1.2

Whenever I install KUBUNTU or UBUNTU on my Gateway Performance PIII with a
3dFx Voodoo3 video card with bios version 1.2, I am not able to change the
display resolution. The only choices are 640x480 and 320x240 and the
refresh is set at 60Hz. If I install Fedora or SUSE, I do not experience
this problem. Can anyone tell me how to get and load the drivers for the
3dFx Voodoo3 AGP card?
