Problem running Firefox with normal user

Nothing happen.. no message printed... :(
it i miss something?? because no error message out when iam installing 
firefox..

when iam click the shortcut, no window open... just waiting icon... and then 
nothing happen...

so i decide to add more command (sudo) to get them work :(
