hal and python-launchpad-integration (breezy)

Is anybody else as annoyed as I am about this?

hal in Debian (even experimental) has no dependency on
python-launchpad-integration.

You can't run KDE without hal, but you can no longer install hal without a
whole pile of gnome dependencies.

hal doesn't _need_ launchpad integration, and imo shouldn't have it.  It's
NOT a desktop application.  I can't see how there's any relationship
between these packages.
