Breezy freezing

Well, Kubuntu as a server installed correctly. thanks for that. What a strange world, any idea of what the problem is?
Now, how do I go back to a standard Kubuntu?
I did "apt-get install kdesktop" and it went well, but refuses to lauch xserver with "startx" or startkde"
