Xorg.conf for second monitor (beamer, etc.)

I have seen many discussions about how to setup Xorg for a notebook/second 
monitor or beamer. Here is my solution, which is nothing but a mixture of the 
original Kubuntu 5.10 Xorg.conf and MEPIS XF86Config-4:

1) Install nvidia-glx 
2) Change your /etc/X11/xorg.conf for the following:
