Not a great time to download?

Hi,

on kubuntu's download page (http://www.kubuntu.org/download.php) there
are two URLs listed (http://82.211.81.152/kubuntu/5.10/ and
http://82.211.81.153/kubuntu/5.10/.) Are they currently overwhelmed or
is it just me? I'm trying to download the ISO but the browser times
out.

The torrent download times out as well.
