I imagine Kubuntu w/ KDE 3.5 won't be officially released for 6 months, 
if I am correct.  Becase 5.10 is being released soon (the 13th?) and it 
is shipped with 3.4.  You can add 3.5Beta repositories to sources.list 
and get KDE 3.5 Beta.  But I don't imagine it will be shipped together 
for a while.
