Probably more for the VmWare list but:

If I utilize Kubuntu as the host OS, must all hardware function correctly
(pcmcia Bluetooth card, builtin wifi, etc) for a guest os (windoz xp) to
utilize these services or can they be utilized when not configured or
operational on the host os? Wifi and PCMCIA Bluetooth is a MUST on the
windoz side.
