kubuntu downloads

i have some problems with konqueror file associations. when trying to download some files it will open then in kate.
For example superkarambas weather widget (extension skz) or superkarambas last version (extension deb).
Sometimes i can use the download shorcut (or something like that, im not in my computer right now), but sometimes i download a php instead of the file.
Where do i change that?
